As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, planning menus, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. * Solid understanding of contract catering
* must currently hold a chef managers position
* able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a cool head

* Support the Catering manager with staff training and performance reviews and the day to day running with back and front of house
