Reporting into: Client Services Director
Your Role
Your role with one of our longstanding Technology clients will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients, continuously developing your account through attention to detail, and identifying sales opportunities as they arise. Effective team management and collaboration with internal teams will be key to maintaining a stable and successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You will also play a crucial role in delivering and monitoring efficient, compliant processes that drive adoption and ensure the account thrives.
Key Elements of the role include:
* Leading, maximising, and strategising business opportunities within the MSP.
* Taking accountability for the successful and strategic management of the client account.
* Maintaining a strong partnership with the client and continuously developing account initiatives.
* Achieving and exceeding budget and growth targets by increasing fees and identifying new opportunities, in collaboration with the Hays Solutions & Advisory team.
* Working closely with key client stakeholders to shape the contractual plan and long-term objectives of the account.
