The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Engineering Lecturer on a casual basis to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, fostering student success, and shaping the next generation of Engineering professionals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the teaching team, your primary responsibilities are:
1. Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences aligned with curriculum requirements.
2. Assist in designing and enhancing course content to meet industry standards.
3. Support student recruitment, retention, and progression through targeted guidance and development.
4. Maintain compliance with programme regulations, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
5. Stay up to date with advancements in electrical installations and teaching methodologies.
