Pay: £12.21-£14.41 per hour, depending on shift.
Our client, a prominent agricultural company, is seeking Factory Operatives outside of Soham to join their team. Help us pack fresh produce for distribution to supermarkets nationwide for their Festive Season!
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently pack fresh produce, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily packing targets.
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
Shift: 12 hrs shift, 6am to 6pm/6pm - 6am
