Overview

As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our close-knit team at Park School, located in Chipping Norton.


Responsibilities

* Teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning styles.
* Design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons that capture imagination and inspire progress.
* Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues to ensure every child’s needs are met.
* Contribute to pupils’ social, emotional, and personal development, not just their academic outcomes.
* Play a key role in maintaining our safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils feel safe, respected, and supported at every step.
* Be part of an environment where pupil voice matters – our learners are actively involved in their education and encouraged to make choices about their learning journey.

This role is challenging, rewarding, and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s lives by helping them to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.

We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.

You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
