We welcome applications from existing Band 6 and Band 7 Occupational Therapists with suitable experience. This role offers the chance to develop specialized skills in Occupational Health while enhancing clinical reasoning skills in a rewarding environment.
Training will be provided to prepare you for this role.
Main duties Lead clinically within a multidisciplinary team, providing expertise in assessment and interactions with specific patient groups. Assist in operationalizing a centralized case management approach for reasonable adjustments for 12 months.
Provide leadership and intervention in a designated service area, ensuring safe, effective, and personalized care aligned with clinical pathways and patient goals.
Contribute to the strategic and operational development of the service as part of the leadership team.
Offer teaching and support in managing complex conditions, educating healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Flexibility to work core hours Monday to Friday, with potential for enhanced access work.

Responsibilities Provide clinical care to a caseload requiring advanced assessment and intervention skills.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate management plans, and discharge plans for complex cases.
