PERMANENT/FULL-TIME – 36 HOURS PER WEEK We are looking for a Head of IT providing leadership of the College’s IT Services, network & reprographics department (Print Room), including the development & management of these services. The post holder will be responsible for developing & delivering the College’s Digital Strategy, modernising college IT infrastructure, supporting & developing new initiatives and new technologies across college and shaping innovative solutions whilst ensuring the security and integrity of the College’s network. To be successful in this role, you will: ITiL foundation or equivalent certificate in IT service management. Experience of developing and leading the delivery of IT strategy Experience in managing in-house and outsourced IT teams and services Proven experience of maintaining robust IT and network security arrangements in a similar organisation Demonstratable successful delivery of projects that required an IT solution Experience of managing and influencing third party contracts Stakeholder management and experience of leading an effective and responsive IT service desk function. Experience of IT governance, risk management and compliance. Experience of Cybersecurity, data protection and compliance with GDPR. Experience in developing and managing IT budgets, resources and procurement processes. Familiarity of disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies. Extensive knowledge of Cloud technologies including Office 365 and Microsoft Azure What can we offer you?
