About the role
As a Food Services Assistant, you'll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.
2. Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for colleagues and guests.
3. Using excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
4. Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, sharing your passion for good food and drink.
Essential skills/experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Great customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise.

* Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
