Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting business development efforts, managing client pipelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through strategic, multi-channel outreach, leveraging phone calls and personalised emails to drive interest and build relationships
* Manage and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client pipeline, ensuring all lead activity is tracked and optimised for effective follow-up and conversion
* Create and deliver professional, detail-oriented sales quotes and process orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet client expectations and support revenue growth
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, evaluate competitor activity, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities for business expansion
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across targeted segments to open doors and drive new business opportunities
* Contribute to the creation of impactful presentations and pitch materials that clearly communicate value propositions and support the wider business development strategy
* Support the development of tailored client proposals, data-driven insights, and internal reports to inform strategic planning and strengthen client engagement efforts
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
* 1–2 years of administrative experience
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines through strong time management and organisational skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* If you have previous experience in a similar role, that would be advantageous
