Key Responsibilities
* Inspect premises, assess pest issues and recommend the right solutions
* Apply treatments safely, using the correct PPE and following best practice
* Maintain clear, accurate records and reports for every visit
* Advise customers on prevention and proofing measures
* Build lasting customer relationships while upholding the company's high standards
* Work as part of a supportive team to share knowledge and ensure great service delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
* RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Control - essential
* Full clean driving licence (minimum 1 year)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
* Practical problem-solver with strong communication skills
* Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
* Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied environments
* Good IT skills for reporting and communication
