We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team on a 12-month contract based in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in overseeing site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee self-employed fitters and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
2. Manage contracts valued between £1-3 million, maintaining a focus on timely and within-budget project delivery.
3. Receive and inspect deliveries, report and chase any missing items, and ensure products are stored correctly and safely. You may also be required to assist with unloading products from deliveries.
4. Book and confirm jobs with residents, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling.
