Job Description
Role manages the commercial governance of VodafoneThree’s intercompany relationships across Business and Consumer, including the VSA, Intracompany agreements and CKHH TSA services. With responsibility for the management of ~£0.4bn annual contract value (across forward and reverse services), the role ensures strategic alignment, value delivery, and stakeholder outcomes across contractual, financial, and performance dimensions.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the commercial governance of contractual, financial, performance and relationship aspects of our Interco relationship with Vodafone Group covering Business and Consumer through the VSA and other interco arrangements including CKHH TSA Services of +£0.4bn annual contract value.
* Develop a long-term commercial strategy for intercompany services in collaboration with Business Owners that secures stakeholder outcomes, identifies and drives best value, and delivers incremental benefits to the joint business plan.
* Lead on new intercompany agreements, service scope, change requests, work orders and contract variations and disputes related to the Interco contracts for Business and Consumer.
* Build and lead virtual, cross-functional teams to achieve the key outcomes listed.
* Encourage a collaborative approach to identifying and addressing contract-related challenges, fostering an environment where business owners take ownership of finding solutions and the related budget impacts.
* Hold business owners accountable for managing budgets effectively, identifying potential overruns or savings, and communicating financial impacts clearly while building strong, sustainable relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
* Maintain an 18-month rolling view of contract commitments for input into budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Lead strategic evaluation of new services/contracts and contractual scope changes, working with business owners and pulling in procurement, legal and finance expertise to complete RFI/RFQ and benchmarking to support board recommendations and drive incremental value.
* Represent VodafoneThree’s commercial position at contractual governance meetings, ensuring senior stakeholders are fully briefed and that VodafoneThree’s DoA and governance process are complied with in all Intercompany decisions.
* Foster open and honest communication, building trust and transparency with stakeholders by actively listening to feedback, sharing information clearly, and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications
* Proven experience contract governance and strategic planning.
* Proven experience managing and leading negotiations of high-value, complex contractual arrangements and performance management within customer-facing technology and/or service contracts.
* Skilled in complex and senior stakeholder management/influencing (to functional L1 level) across internal and external organisations, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
