Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in west Midland and surrounding areas in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing and toileting.
* Helping with mobility and transferring, as required.
* Medication support, including administering medication and recording dosages.
* Preparing and serving meals and assisting if necessary.
* Supporting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
* Monitoring and recording health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
* Providing social support companionship to clients.
Requirements:
* A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Previous experience in care work or a relevant qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
* A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
* A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: £12.80-£13.00 per hour
