You will join a stable and committed management group, supervising up to 8 Social workers who support children with their long-term care plans. What the Job Involves This role entails leading and motivating a team of social workers in a busy safeguarding environment, making strong decisions, and managing risk. You will provide reflective supervision that promotes professional development and manage complex cases. Effective communication and collaboration with partner agencies are crucial, along with ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and implementing service improvements.
