A leading international business is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to play a key part in ensuring a smooth, cost-effective supply chain where supplier on-time delivery, stock availability, and quality are the main focus.
What You’ll Do:
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
* Resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate supplier information
* Support finance, warehouse, sales, and operations teams
* Contribute to continuous improvements across purchasing and supply chain
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous administration experience (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
* Supply chain experience (preferred but not essential)
