About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's busy team in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Administrator
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently through Sage 200
* Liaise with internal departments regarding delivery dates and customer requirements
* Support customers with enquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery queries
* Assist the team leader with day-to-day operations as required
* Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Essential Skills & Experience - Sales Administrator
* Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills - Sales Administrator
* Experience using Sage 200 (preferred)
* Proficiency in Office 365 (preferred)
* Experience in in using Excel, spreadsheets and word
