This client is searchingfor an exceptional packaging technologist who wants to be part of an innovativeteam to contribute to the success of our global brands. You will be a vital partof the project team, coordinating and delivering projects across; materials, manufacture,functionality, supply chain and of course, sustainability.
Existing FMCG experienceis a bonus! If not, no problem, our client has a great team, from allbackgrounds, who are there to help you learn.
JOB PURPOSE
* FMCG PackagingDesign & Development
* Communicatewith teams around the World
* Developspecifications
* SupportManagers & Senior Technologists
* Co-ordinateactivities across business priorities
* Communicatewith internal departments and external partners
KEYREQUIREMENTS
* A passion forpackaging development and technology, either from within an FMCG role or similar;pharmaceuticals, consumer goods etc.
* A creative,logical and curious mind to generate innovative design solutions to technicaldesign challenges.
* Able to applybusiness leadership skills understanding and prioritise the impact of designdecisions on cost, consumer and environment.
* You will needto be enthusiastic and pro-active with good verbal and written communicationskills.
* Able tocommunicate design and engineering principles to the business, across differentfunctions.
* Ability towork in partnership with x-functional partners; Supply Chain and Quality
* Exposure toworking with regional teams is beneficial
* Exposure to FMCGbrands and with manufacturing understanding
