Job Title: Project Delivery Administrator - Electrical Infrastructure

About the role:
We're looking for a Project Delivery Administrator to join our Manchester team. You'll support Project Managers in coordinating electrical infrastructure projects across the ICP and renewables sector, helping to ensure they're delivered safely, on time and in line with company procedures.
You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors, gaining exposure to technical, commercial and operational aspects of project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain project folders, drawings and document control systems
* Prepare and issue work packs, permits and site documentation
* Update project trackers and assist with weekly reporting
* Coordinate plant and material deliveries to site
* Arrange site access, inductions and scheduling with suppliers and subcontractors
* Track purchase orders and support invoice tracking for Work in Progress reporting
* Maintain SHEQ records and assist with incident reporting where required
What you'll need
Essential:
* 3 x A Levels at C or above with 2+ years' construction industry experience or a Business or Project Management degree (or equivalent)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience supporting project delivery: document control, work pack preparation, or supplier coordination
Desirable:
* CDM awareness
* Project management qualifications
* Understanding of UK electrical networks or ICP/DNO connections processes
* Experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects
* Knowledge of UK H&S regulations
* Exposure to project cost tracking or Work in Progress reporting
