Salary and Employment Terms
* Hourly rate: $20.00 to $30.16 (to be negotiated)
* Hours per week: 30–40
* Employment type: Permanent, Full time
* Work shifts: Day, Evening, Shift
* Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
* Assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
* Authorize payments by cheque
* Order merchandise
* Authorize return of merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Sell merchandise
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
* Manage cash
Qualifications
* Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
* Work site environment: Non‑smoking, Air conditioned
* Work setting: Retail service establishment, Rural area
