Key Responsibilities
* Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations across residential sales

* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Contributing to branch targets and supporting wider team success
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a fast-paced agency
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Professional, well presented, and confident in client facing situations
* Self motivated and target driven, with a passion for property
* Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
