About the Role | Geography Graduate
Position: Geography Graduate (Teaching Role)
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term or Temporary until July 2026
Salary: Competitive daily rate (based on experience)
This is a great role for a Geography graduate who wants hands-on classroom experience and exposure to the independent school environment before committing to teacher training.
The Ideal Candidate
Geography degree (minimum 2:1, 1st class preferred)
A Levels including Geography are desirable
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography
Experience in a school environment (e.g., Teaching Assistant, work experience, or volunteering ) is advantageous
Motivated, proactive, and confident to support boys across KS3-KS4
Interested in progressing into teaching or further training (PGCE/QTS)
This temporary Geography Graduate role is a fantastic way to gain classroom experience in an independent school setting.
