We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Funeral Planning & Central Support Co-ordinator.
You’ll provide the best end-of-life care through the delivery, support and client experience of the sales, arrangement, administration and delivery of pre-paid funeral plans, memorialisation, and aftercare services. Alongside this you’ll support frontline colleagues and the wider End of Life Services department through administration, bookings, invoicing, reporting, and processing, ensuring compliance and client-focused outcomes.

What to expect...
10. Manage, support, and process funeral plan, website and telephone enquiries.
11. Sell, arrange, and administer funeral plans, memorialisation, aftercare, and direct cremation services.
12. Administer the funeral bookings process & process purchased funeral plans.
13. Administer and facilitate coroner collections, deceased removals, and third-party cremations.
14. Produce and process invoices and management information.
15. Supporting the wider end of life services teams.
16. Maintain compliance with company policies, FCA regulation, statutory legislation, Funeral Director’s Code, and FCA Code of Conduct.
17. Engage in community activities, events and support aftercare initiatives.
What we're looking for...
18. Strong customer service background.
19. Experience in an FCA regulated environment (desirable).
20. Numerically and financially aware.
21. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
22. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
23. Great communication skills with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
24. Resilient and able to work as part of a team.
