PQ Accountant - Property Investment and Development Location: Angel, London Salary: Circa £45,000 Full time Office Based (5 days per week in the office) I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established and successful London-based property investment and development group for a part qualified Accountant to join their growing finance team. With a substantial commercial and residential portfolio across Central London and key UK regions, this business offers a dynamic environment and excellent exposure to property and development finance. This opportunity is particularly well suited to someone moving from an accountancy practice into their first or second industry role. The Role This is a broad and hands-on position supporting both the accounts department and treasury function. Responsibilities will include Managing financial reporting for major works and development projects Preparing year-end accounts files to trial balance stage Producing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets Bookkeeping and quarterly VAT return preparation Supporting treasury activities, including maintaining cash balances and processing payments and transfers Assisting with management accounts, cash flow reporting, and financial information for lenders Delivering ad-hoc financial reporting and data analysis You will gain exposure to multi-entity accounting within a sizeable property portfolio, making this an excellent transition role from practice into industry.
