The role is based within schools across Dinnington, supporting pupils in the wider S25 locality and nearby areas. In this role, the Special Educational Needs ( SEN) Teacher will plan and deliver personalised lessons that support academic progress, communication, and emotional development within a nurturing environment. Key Duties: Deliver tailored lessons to meet a range of special educational needs. Support pupils with communication, engagement, and emotional regulation. Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where required. Work closely with SEN teams, pastoral staff, and external professionals. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an SEN Teacher in a specialist or mainstream setting. Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
