We’re now looking for a Patient Care Specialist to join our Patient Handling Division, covering Scotland, with additional responsibility for our Wound Management portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated professional with a background in healthcare sales, training, or patient handling, who’s ready to take ownership of a territory and build strong clinical partnerships.
What you’ll do
* Drive sales of the GBUK Patient Handling range, focusing on manual handling, operating theatres, and critical care departments.
* Introduce, demonstrate, and support implementation of our innovative solutions to clinical teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including TVNs, procurement leads, and clinicians.
* Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure product understanding and safe use.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through analysis, planning, and proactive engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve commercial objectives and enhance customer experience.
* Represent GBUK at national and regional clinical events and exhibitions.
What you’ll bring
* A proven track record (2+ years) in medical device sales, clinical education, or patient handling.
* Strong knowledge of the NHS structure, procurement processes, and clinical decision-making.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* A results-driven mindset, combined with integrity and professionalism.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your territory.
* Ideally, a background in nursing, AHP, or clinical education.
