Location: Hybrid (2 days/week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across the bank's real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits; with additional support for technology upgrades to estate systems, such as Protective Security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
* Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and practical integration of Technology deliverables into that process.
* Management of third-party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
* Coordinating multiple concurrent projects and meeting strict deadlines.
* Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects.
* Financial literacy, with ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
* Managing projects within structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
