As a Leadership and Organisational Development Officer, you will play a vital role in our people and leadership development, ensuring there is a shared understanding of talent, effective leadership, embedding our values and behaviours and promoting a performance management ethos.
About the Role
As a Learning and Organisational Development Officer, you’ll play an integral part in building Leadership and Development programmes, organisational polices and plans. Use data insights to inform the development of leadership development, and nurture and develop future leaders through developing talent.
The successful candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of this environment and will be customer focused with the ability to advise others and communicate effectively both internally within LFRS and externally.
Essential qualifications: have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English and be a member of the CIPD or possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
