SEN Teaching Assistants
* Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Help children access learning in a way that works for them
* Support communication, routines, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
* Ideal if you’re patient, empathetic, and enjoy helping pupils thrive

Behaviour Support / SEMH Support
* Support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
* Use calm, positive strategies to de-escalate situations
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
* Great for people with backgrounds in care, youth work, mental health, or mentoring

Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified)
* Teach pupils with a range of SEN needs across secondary age groups
* Opportunities for supply, long-term, and part-time roles
* Suitable for qualified teachers, ECTs, or those trained overseas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
