We are currently recruiting caring, dependable, and professional Care Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care to clients living in Weybridge and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Role Expectations
As a Care Worker, you will be expected to:
1. Deliver person-centred care with dignity, respect, and compassion
2. Support clients with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
3. Assist with medication prompts or administration where required
4. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation
6. Help with mobility and safe moving & handling
7. Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
8. Keep accurate daily care records and report concerns appropriately
9. Follow care plans and company policies at all times
10. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard vulnerable adults
