You will get to work with world class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England.
The Role
As Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a hospitality environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.
You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’.
As a new Supervisor, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
