Social Care Worker

Location: Parkside, Bromsgrove
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £23,188 to £27,324 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Team: Bromsgrove Area Team
Responsibilities
* Carry out reviews and complete assessments for individuals in the Bromsgrove area.
* Work as part of a duty team to manage incoming work and support decisions.
* Participate in monthly Team Meetings and Reflective Practice sessions to explore practice and learn from peers.
* Receive supervision every month and regular line manager support.
* Maintain collaboration with health, housing, voluntary groups and other partners in Worcestershire County Council.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required. Successful candidates will receive training and support to meet role expectations.
