Bank Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Salford, M44
Salary: £14.50 per hour (casual hours)

What you’ll do:
* Build relationships based on trust, consistency and respect
* Support daily routines – school runs, meals, activities, emotional support
* Be a reliable adult during challenging moments
* Record key events and insights that help show each child’s progress
* Champion education, wellbeing, life skills and positive experiences
* Help make the house feel like home
What we’re looking for:
* You’ve worked in residential childcare
* You hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or similar (essential)
* You stay calm in tough moments and want to learn how to support children through trauma
* You’re comfortable working alone at times and following structured routines
* You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (essential)
