About the role
As Clinical Education Lead, you will be a key member of the Senior Care Leadership Team, responsible for leading and coordinating the development and delivery of high-quality education and training across our clinical services. You’ll line-manage Practice Educators and Associate Educators, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary leaders to ensure continuous learning, clinical excellence, and safe, evidence-based care.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead on planning and implementing internal and external clinical education programs.
2. Support care delivery that meets CQC standards, NICE guidelines, and best practice benchmarks.
3. Identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives to support staff development and service improvement.
4. Collaborate with senior leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all services.
5. Drive improvements in clinical practice and care pathways.
About you:
We’re seeking a motivated and forward-thinking clinical education professional who:
* Has a strong background in clinical practice and education, ideally within paediatric or palliative care.
* Is confident leading teams and managing educational programs.
* Can inspire, support, and develop others.
* Has a deep understanding of quality improvement and regulatory frameworks.
