Job Description
We are seeking a creatively-driven Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects across various creative mediums, including video briefs, branding, and visual content.
As a Project Manager, you'll lead multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards. You'll work closely with clients and our network of freelancer partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you'll be the key contact, ensuring smooth project flow from concept to execution across different channels.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted client-facing contact
* Build strong relationships with our creative network
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Support project planning and conduct regular status meetings
* Create and follow accurate timing plans
* Lead check-ins with creative teams to monitor workflows
* Work with the business founder to onboard new clients effectively
* Estimate projects accurately and manage client approvals
* Review project financial status in meetings
* Serve as the central point for project information across accounts
Experience required:
* Support project management teams in scoping and planning creative projects
* Proven collaboration with internal stakeholders (creative, strategic, commercial)
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Develop and manage project timelines and client approvals
* Proactive and motivated to drive projects to completion
* Strong quality assurance skills for deliverables
* Efficient and high-standard task execution
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Meticulous proofreading abilities
Salary:
* £30,000-£38,000 DOE
* 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent transfer
