The role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards across the kitchen. You’ll help lead the team, manage service, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is something to be proud of.
This is a role where creativity is encouraged. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a rotating seasonal menu, working with fresh local ingredients and bringing new ideas to the table.
Key responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Lead and motivate the team during service

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

Contribute to menu development and seasonal dishes
*
Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
*
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Train and develop junior chefs
