About Us:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Full-Time Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our team on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored educational programs.
* Assist students with their learning activities, ensuring they are engaged and supported.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
* Support students with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs support is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of working in a special school environment.
* Patience, empathy, and resilience to support students with varying needs and abilities.
* Ability to follow individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt to the specific requirements of each student.
