We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team, taking responsibility for day-to-day Warranty administration duties. The Role: To ensure all costs are collated and actioned in a prompt and efficient manner To ensure all relevant board reports are produced monthly To ensure Supplier warranty data is collated and shared To ensure mobile service engineers timesheets are processed weekly and any queries are handled in an efficient manner to ensure prompt resolution Arrange flights, hotels, car hire etc required within Parts & Service travel needs To update and maintain the fleet list with vehicles entering/exiting standard and extended warranty periods Reconcile warranty parts cost of sales Run weekly defect reports Invoice retail/chargeable repair work The Requirements: 5 x GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths to grade C or above.
