In the role of Account Manager, you will own and support the strategic relationship across a portfolio of UNiDAYS’ most important partnerships within the Fashion category. Working alongside an Account Director, you will act as an expert on UNiDAYS’ value proposition, leveraging our marketing, media, and commercial capabilities to build and deliver impactful student strategies for our existing/new fashion partners.
This is a quota-holding, commercially focused role, reporting into the Global Category Lead (Fashion), and is commissioned against both team and individual revenue targets. You will be responsible for a number of high-growth, high-potential brands, playing a central role in ensuring partner success and driving long-term value.
In addition, you will:
* Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within partner brands to ensure all UNiDAYS initiatives align with their commercial and brand objectives.
* Lead account planning across your portfolio, supporting tier 1 partners with strategic guidance and comprehensive campaign roadmaps.
* Develop and execute 360° marketing and media plans across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to Gen Z audiences.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver curated, trend-led merchandising, high-impact campaigns, and seasonal activations.
* Monitor and track campaign and account performance, delivering clear insight reports and recommendations to drive operational excellence and improved profitability.
* Identify growth opportunities across new markets and retail formats (e.g., in-store, regional, graduate), in line with our goal to expand student reach.
* Ensure sustainable commercial growth for both partners and UNiDAYS through data-driven decisions and student-first strategies.
* Stay ahead of cultural, seasonal and category trends to help inform strategic plans and maintain our leadership position in the student fashion market.
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable experience in account management, marketing strategy, or brand/media partnerships, ideally within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries
* A strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand and impact partner profitability
* Experience in building and executing upper-funnel brand and media plans
* g of Gen Z consumer behaviour, particularly in relation to fashion and youth marketing
* A track record of managing complex partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships
* Confidence in delivering compelling pitches and data-led insights, both virtually and in person
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Creative thinking combined with a strategic approach to problem solving
* Ability to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience within the fashion industry or working with fashion/lifestyle brands
* Solid understanding of Gen Z consumer behaviour, particularly in relation to fashion and youth marketing
