We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team in Solihull, working across the Warwickshire and Solihull contract.
What youll be doing
* Pothole and patch repairs
* Footway reconstruction
* Bollard repair and installation
* Fencing, drainage, and pavement laying
* Street iron works and excavation
* Traffic management duties (Code of Practice compliant)
* Deliver operational activities safely and to a high standard
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
* Support emergency and winter service provision
* Work flexibly to meet business needs
* Contribute to the profitability of the service through effective resource use
* Provide excellent customer service and represent Balfour Beatty professionally
* All work must be completed to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
