Geography is thriving at Wykham Park Academy, we teach a rigorous, knowledge-based broad and balanced curriculum. With a clear focus on both the self-worth of students and excellent outcomes, you will work further drive up attainment, progress and standards at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, as well as developing our students' love of learning and enhancement of their 'cultural capital'.
The Academy is recruiting for someone who shares our drive to engage and motivate every child to achieve their potential, who will play an important role in our unique and growing Academy. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher of Geography, who will also play an important pastoral role in leading and Academic Mentoring (Tutor) group.

Banbury Aspirations Campus, compromising of Wykham Park Academy and Futures Institute Banbury, is located on the southern fringe of the market town of Banbury in Oxfordshire. Our campus community cares for over 900 students, more than 60 teachers and a dedicated team of support staff. Despite both schools being judged by Ofsted as "Good" with an "Outstanding" sixth form we are not complacent.
