Essential Skills:
1. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
2. Proficiency in SQL
3. Advanced Excel skills, particularly in statistical modelling and pivot tables
4. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Analysing data to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
2. Checking the mathematical accuracy of all games on a weekly basis
3. Verifying wins are correct and not false or fraudulent on jackpots up to £8m
4. Building reports for fraud detection and prevention
5. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations
6. Complying with investigation requests from external organisations
7. Conduct regular audits of transactions and user activity to identify any irregularities or potential fraudulent behaviour.
