Due to their reputation in the market, they are the "Go To" firm for Litigation cases and landlord and tenant dispute resolutions.
The focus will be on civil litigation disputes. This will include property disputes, but in time, there could be opportunities to work on commercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency and debt recovery.
With several highly renowned partners, the firm is in demand, and there is an opportunity for an ambitious Litigation paralegal to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

Requirements
Litigation admin experience:
• Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Opening and closing client files
• Due diligence on clients
• Billing and ensuring payments are made
• Working with courts and third parties for required paperwork and documentation.
• Assisting on Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
• Housing, tenancy, and long-leasehold issues
• Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income
• Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
• Recovery of outstanding service charges
• Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
• Breach of Covenant
• Claims for disrepair
• Legal / Beneficial Ownership
• Preparation of paperwork for both County Court and High Court.
• Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Litigation paralegal with 1-2 years' relevant experience to move into a busy, warm desk with lots of business and opportunity and further training. This is a good quality, well-established firm with great prospects.
