Business Development Manager – Primary Care Location: Bedfordshire (National Travel Required) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 base uncapped commission (OTE £7.5K) Are you a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager looking to make a real impact in the Primary Care sector? My client is seeking a client-facing BDM to build strong relationships with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), driving business growth across the company and wider group. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with PCNs and ICBs to generate new business opportunities Drive sales and revenue growth by securing new clients within the Primary Care sector Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, funding opportunities, and market developments What We’re Looking For: Proven business development experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and travel nationally (expected to be on the road a few days a week) A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a track record of achieving targets Willingness to be office-based at least one day a week (WFH on Wednesdays & Fridays) What’s in It for You?
