Working across Marketing Consultancy, Brand Activation and Business Development campaigns, our teams represent household names including EE/BT, British Gas, EON and Mercedes. We work directly with customers and communities through face to face campaigns that bring brands to life in ways digital alone cannot.
This opportunity is for someone who wants more than sitting behind a screen all day.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham city centre.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting communications and customer engagement campaigns across Birmingham and the West Midlands
* Representing national and international brands in face to face environments
* Delivering clear and professional brand messaging
* Building strong communication and relationship management skills
* Supporting campaign planning and execution
* Working closely with experienced leaders and managers
* Learning business development and commercial communication techniques
* Contributing ideas and feedback to improve campaign performance
* Developing confidence in presenting, influencing and interacting with people
Who we’re looking for
* Strong communication skills or the willingness to develop them
* Confident speaking with people in professional environments
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-focused setting
* Looking to build a long-term career rather than just secure another job
* Local to Birmingham or the wider West Midlands, or genuinely committed to working full time in Birmingham city centre
