As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our close-knit team and play a key role in ensuring our customers' repair claims are handled accurately, fairly, and professionally. What you'll be doing: * Reviewing survey scopes using Xactimate for insurance repair claims * Identifying missing or incomplete items to ensure claims are fully captured. * Uploading and managing scope details within insurer systems. * Providing clear, constructive feedback to surveyors to improve report quality. * Supporting the smooth and accurate progression of claims from start to finish. What we're looking for: * Proven experience as an Estimator within a building repair network, ideally working with home insurance claims. * It is a pre-requisite that you have a strong working knowledge of Xactimate or Corelogic (software platforms specifically for the insurance and restoration space) * Confidence using insurer/client-side systems. * A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical thinking. * Good understanding of insurance repair processes. * Clear, professional communication skills. * Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently from home. The role: Managing approximately 50–80 scopes per month. Handling high-value claims with significant financial responsibility. 100% remote role (UK-based applicants only). Why join Ferris UK?
