We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Pre-Approval Commercialisation - Unsecured Lending.
In this commercially focused product role you’ll own and drive the strategy for pre-approval journeys across Credit Cards and Loans, working closely with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and optimise commercial performance. You’ll set the strategic direction, challenge the status quo, and ensure our products are best-in-class for both customers and our business.

In this role you’ll:
* Define and execute the long-term pre-approval strategy for Credit Cards and Loans, focusing on seamless customer journeys and enhanced digital functionality
* Own key relationships with external partners (e.g., Experian, TransUnion) to maximise value, foster innovation, and stay ahead of industry trends
* Identify and implement growth opportunities, balancing revenue generation with effective cost control and measurable returns on investment
* Ensure products deliver great outcomes, build trust, and promote responsible lending practices, leveraging data and market insights to continuously improve
* Work closely with Credit Risk and other teams to drive commercial growth, align priorities, and focus on P&L impact by developing effective strategies
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Demonstrated success in commercial product management, particularly within Credit Cards and/or Unsecured Lending
* Strong background in Retail Banking, Credit Cards, Analytics, or related environments
* Effective leader with advanced stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all organisational levels
* Skilled in budgeting, financial modelling, and applying commercial insights to drive business performance
* Focused on continuous improvement, delivering measurable results at pace, with a solid understanding of risk management and regulatory framework
