Experienced Machine Operators - Bilston
The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client based in Bilston. We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy production team manufacturing products
This is an excellent long-term temporary to permanent opportunity for reliable candidates who are looking to develop their skills and secure permanent employment.
Pay Rate:
* £12.71 per hour
Working Hours:
Training Period (First 6 Weeks):
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 - 16:00
Permanent Twilight Shift (After Training):
* Monday to Friday
* 16:00 - 00:00
Please note: Candidates must be willing to work the permanent twilight shift once the training period has been completed.
Duties Include:
* Operating a variety of production machinery including:
o Printers
o Guillotines
o CNC Machines
* Basic assembly work using hand tools
* Following production schedules and quality standards
* Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Manual handling and some lifting as required
Requirements:
* Previous machine operating experience is essential
* Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undertake training on day shifts before moving to permanent twilight shifts
* Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
