Senior Quantity Surveyor Needed - Freelance Role

Location for the Quantity Surveyor Position: Bagshot/Basingstoke (Surrey)
1. Highways Sector Knowledge or Major Infrastructure knowledge as a minimum.
2. Previous experience working with or alongside National Highways
3. 6 month contract
4. INSIDE IR35 PAYE Umbrella
Must have knowledge for Quantity Surveyor Position:
5. CVRs
6. Secondary Clauses
7. Applications
8. Sub-contractor assessments
9. Some pre-contract experience such as cost build up would be useful.
10. NEC 4 Contract experience Options C & E Mainly however A will come into play.
