Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University. Previous child-centred experience is desirable. Schools are looking for proactive, compassionate, and committed individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Behaviour Mentor Salary and Contract Info
Academic Mentor roles: £450£530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
Contract: Full-time, long-term (SeptemberJuly), term-time only.
Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement.
