T/O c£100m The Role: Working across Yorkshire, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes and splits) including compressor changes across commercial office environments, large retail sites and gyms. The Salary: DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is mostly paid at 1.5 Basic for 40 hours £20.08 / hour - £41,766.40 23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension O/T rates of x 1.5 (£30.12) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£40.16) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
